Accessibility

ChairOps aims to meet WCAG 2.2 AA on public pages (booking, help, start, legal). The desk uses standard form labels, a skip link, and Alberta English. We do not claim full certification.

If a page blocks you, email desk@chairops.ca with the URL and what you use (for example VoiceOver, keyboard only). Alberta Human Rights Act applies to how we serve the public in Alberta. We will fix what we can.

The phone assistant is audio. Staff can also use text on the desk.
