How setup works for a small Alberta salon

This is a sample walkthrough. The salon is made up for this page, and there are no real names or results here. It shows the steps we take with a 3-chair salon that books in Square.

1. 01 · Day 1 · 15 minutes

   A short call

   The owner shares chairs, hours, services, and that they book in Square. We run the empty chair check together on last week.

2. 02 · Day 1 · same afternoon

   We load the shop

   We scan the salon's website for services, prices, hours, and staff. The owner looks it over and accepts what is right.

3. 03 · Day 1 to 2

   Booking page and waitlist

   Leftover chairs go on a public booking page. A waitlist is ready, so a cancellation has someone to offer the chair to.

4. 04 · Day 2

   Links go up

   The booking link goes on Google and Instagram. Follow-up and rebook nudges are turned on.

5. 05 · Next Monday

   First Monday numbers

   You see fill, no-shows, rebook, and empty hours in dollars, with one move for the week.
